Salon Policies

Medical Conditions: Please advise us of any medical conditions or concerns.

Child Safety: Children are only permitted in the salon service area when receiving a service. For Safety reason and insurance purposes, no child may accompany you while receiving service. We don't have the facility to care for children and assure their safety in our professional environment.
We also don't want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Reservations: When booking group reservations of three or more, we require a credit card number to reserve the appointments. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise a 50% charge will apply. Due to availability of appointment time and service time, grace period is only 5 minutes.

Cancellation: A $20 rebooking fee will apply for No Shows. Please give us a least a 3 hours advance notice, to better serve our customers.

Service Guaranteed: We guarantee all our services in a 72 hour time frame for normal wear and tear conditions with proper aftercare regimen. Please return within the 72 hour time frame and we will gladly fix it for no charge. However, any product breakdown that exceeds normal wear and tear or additional repairs required outside the 72 hours time frame will be subject to a fee.

Payments: We accept cash and credit only. No refunds on all purchases and services. Pricing subject to change without notice.
